Cotton

Cotton’s features include durability, water absorbent (but quick drying), easy to care for and very comfortable. This fabric is most popular within garment creation being featured by itself as well as in blended fabrics. An all-year round, reliable material for just about anyone’s needs.

Triblend

A triblend material is most commonly referring to a cotton/polyester/rayon blend. These fabrics mixed create a very light, buttery soft garment. The blending of the fabrics means almost every piece created as a triblend is also has a heathered look. This material is popular with crossfit gyms and retro style shirts. Great athletic/athleisure wear vs the standard wicking materials.

Ring Spun Cotton

This noticeably softer, finer and more durable fabric is preferred to regular cotton. The process of continuously spinning, twisting, and thinning the cotton strands is what yields long, soft, durable strands. Ring spun garments will be your new everyday go-to.

50/50

Cotton/Polyester Blend, great to lighter feeling shirts, cost effective and less shrinkage.

60/40 CVC

Generally used with Fashion/Softer Brands. Made of 60 Cotton, 40 Polyester, feel super soft, slightly heavier than a triblend.

Jersey

Standard T-shirt Material, this knit can also product a soft, cotton feel moisture wicking T-shirt without the shiny/silky feel. Some more cost effective polos are Jersey Knit.

French Terry

French Terry fabric is a knitted terry cloth fabric that features loops and soft piles of yarn on one side, (usually the inside of a garment), and a smooth, soft surface on the other side. This makes it great for all different kinds of garments, both for cold and warm weather. It is most popularly seen used to make loungewear.

Polyester

Wicking/Performance Fabrics are made with Polyester. Most athletic apparel is mostly polyester including wicking shirts, Golf Polos, Sports Jerseys Etc. Wicking clothing is meant to pull moisture to the surface and dry quickly, non absorbent. Great for outdoor work, but can be prone to snagging, snag resistant styles are available for Tees and heavier duty Tactical Polos.

Pique

A ‘honeycomb’ textured fabric that is soft, durable and breathable. Commonly used in higher end polos (as opposed to Jersey knit) Cotton, Polyester and blends can all be Pique.

Fleece

Fleece is a popular and versatile synthetic fabric with a soft and cozy feel that makes the perfect solution for winter garments. The fabric comes in a variety of fibers but they all share one thing – napped thick raised fibers.

Soft Shell

This fabric is made out of three layers. The outer layer is water repellent and stretchy featuring either 2-way or 4-way stretch. The middle layer is both water and wind resistant as well as being breathable. This fabric is great for outerwear, especially during the winter.
